HR
Staff records, contracts, leave, documents and payroll, with attendance taken straight from Utilization clock-ins and driver trips.
HR needs a one-time database update. Run hr_migration.sql in the Supabase SQL Editor, then reload this page. Until then you can see staff and attendance, but HR details and leave can't be saved.

Staff ask for leave from their Utilization page (“Request Leave”). Approved leave shows on the Utilization live board, is skipped when counting absences, and warns the dispatcher before a trip is given to a driver who is off.

Hours and overtime come from Utilization clock-ins. Drivers also count as present on days they drove a trip. Absences are only counted for staff assigned to a project (so they can clock in), on their work days, from their start date, and never on approved leave. Public holidays are not excluded yet.

A preview to check before paying, not a WPS / Mudad bank file. Overtime is paid per Saudi Labor Law Article 107: the hourly wage plus 50% of the basic hourly wage, from the overtime hours clocked in Utilization. Unpaid leave (and absences, if ticked) are deducted at the daily wage (monthly wage / 30). GOSI is the employee share you set on each profile, on basic + housing. Hourly staff with no salary set are paid their hourly rate, with overtime at 1.5×.
